Sandy's real estate career started in Raleigh 10 years ago and then continued in Wilmington until she returned home to Roanoke in 1999. Sandy grew up in Roanoke and was in the last class at Jefferson High School. She attended Virginia Western Community College plus has attended a number of Sales training schools and seminars. She especially likes working with first time buyers plus she specializes in making sure the entire sales/closing procedure runs very smoothly.
Durant grew up in eastern North Carolina and has worked there plus in New York and California before moving to Roanoke in 1999. He is a graduate of NC State University in Chemical Engineering and the Darden Graduate Business School at the University of Virginia (MBA). He has a North Carolina real estate Brokers license (1977) as well as his Virginia license. Prior business responsiblities include senior positions in the textile and property casualty insurance industries. He holds the GRI (Graduate of REALTORS Institute) and the new e-PRO certification.
